Easy Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

If you receive a defective item, or the wrong item, please contact us at ninapinacrafts@gmail.com and we will work with you to correct the issue promptly. 

All other Returns and Exchanges

Criteria for Returns and Exchanges: 
Must be made within 30 days of receiving the order must have all tags still attached. 
Niña Piña will NOT accept returns or exchanges if: 
• The item has been used
• Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odor
• Visible blemishes (snags, burns, stains, etc.) or alterations
• Tags that are removed, altered or damaged we are unable to access the original payment processed for your order.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees, including those to ship items back to our designated warehouse are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the re-shipment costs associated with the replacement item(s) back to them. Please allow up to 7-14 business days to receive a refund for the item(s) once received at our warehouse.  Refunds are issued to the same form of payment that was used on the original purchase.

Returning instructions:

Mail your item to our Returns Department: 
•  Pack the item(s) securely in the original package if possible or use a box that will not damage, fold or bend the items. Please do not return item(s) in
   envelopes. Packaging item(s) in this manner may damage them. 
•  Fill out and enclose the return packing slip.  Include your order number, billing name and address with the item(s). 
•  Clearly address the package label with our returns facility destination address below:

Take the package to any post office or carrier outlet to have your package shipped to the provided address. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.

Note:

•  All item(s) must be returned in new condition (unwashed and/or unworn), in the original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and
accessories to ensure full credit. 
•  Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Department.

Exchanging an Item

•  When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item(s) you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is
processed. We highly recommend that you simply return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item(s) on our
website. By doing this, you will receive your new item(s) faster and with a much better chance that they will be in stock.

Rules & Restrictions

•  Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. 
•  Occasionally, the Distribution Center will be closed due to a holiday or our yearly physical inventory. No orders will be processed or shipped when the Distribution Center is closed.
